Obtained summary judgment in an in rem action regarding the domain name NBCUniversal.com, which was registered to a Korean national using a Korean registrar and was being used for an alleged protest website. The firm obtained a court order transferring the domain name from the Korean registrar to a U.S. registrar and then to NBC Universal. We also successfully defeated a motion to dismiss the in rem action in favor of the prior filed Korean action.
