The firm served as lead counsel to a global supplier of electro-mechanical equipment, systems, and services in an arbitration where the owner alleged that turbines supplied for a hydroelectric project in Connecticut were defective.  Successfully defended against tens of millions of dollars in claims asserted by the owner.  Negotiated settlement on terms favorable to the supplier.
