Represented a major North Carolina based re-seller of telecommunications equipment in an action against a former employee who violated a non-competition agreement and used trade secret information to form a company to compete with our client. After an expedited discovery period, we obtained a preliminary injunction against the former employee and his new company and the case was quickly resolved.
