Developed new forms of Franchise Disclosure Documents and franchise agreements to be used in various Nexcen Brands Inc. franchise systems, including The Athlete's Foot and Great American Cookies.  Created franchise documents for Shoebox New York, a high-end shoe store concept.  Provided related franchise regulatory advice to Nexcen brands, managed store registration process for the Athlete's Foot and Shoebox New York and developed international disclosure documents for master licenses located abroad.
