Obtained a preliminary injunction on behalf of three real estate companies, preventing the defendant from using our clients' names to describe its real estate services. The District Court rejected the defendant's reliance on the nominative fair use defense. On appeal the Third Circuit adopted a new test for nominative fair use cases and remanded the case. The parties settled before any further proceedings on remand.
