Represented the largest private equity company in northern Europe in the establishment of an opportunistic fund with investors consisting of international financial investors, including the largest international pension funds. The work was lead by attorneys at the Stockholm office, assisted by attorneys at the firm’s U.S. offices. Once established, we acted for the client when it invested approximately seven billion kronor in a portfolio of 41 properties, situated in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Lund and Uppsala.
