In a reprise of the recent ACC Webcast, Kilpatrick Stockton Partner John McDonald, Ph.D. and Kilpatrick Stockton Associate Kathryn Wade, Ph.D. will discuss legal and business considerations involved in deciding whether to accelerate the examination of a U.S. or foreign patent application.  In particular, they will discuss the options available in view of the new Patent Prosecution Highway Program, and they will provide practical tips for coordinating patent prosecution in several jurisdictions.
