WINSTON-SALEM (March 9) -- Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that Tonya Deem and Chad Hansen, both attorneys in the firm’s Litigation Department in Winston-Salem, were named to the Triad Business Journal’s prestigious “40 Leaders Under 40” list. The winners of this year’s distinction are described as “the decision makers who will propel this region forward in the decades to come,” and “the best and brightest leaders this region has to offer.”

Tonya Deem has trial, appellate and arbitration experience representing both established companies and emerging companies in a broad range of business disputes, including patent litigation, complex contract disputes and securities litigation. She has been honored as a 2009 "Woman Extraordinaire" by Business Leader magazine.

Chad Hansen represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts in North Carolina and across the United States. He was recently named a 2010 North Carolina Super Lawyer Rising Star.
