WINSTON-SALEM (March 9) -- Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that Tonya Deem and Chad Hansen, both attorneys in the firm’s Litigation Department in Winston-Salem, were named to the Triad Business Journal’s prestigious “40 Leaders Under 40” list. Tonya Deem has trial, appellate and arbitration experience representing both established companies and emerging companies in a broad range of business disputes, including patent litigation, complex contract disputes and securities litigation. Chad Hansen represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts in North Carolina and across the United States. He was recently named a 2010 North Carolina Super Lawyer Rising Star.
