Ray Bennett focuses his practice on complex business litigation and Native American affairs.

Mr. Bennett has experience in a wide range of business disputes, including class actions, directors and officers litigation, complex contract matters, tort defense, trade secrets, and appeals in federal and state courts. He has also worked with members of the Native American affairs team to represent Indian tribes in matters involving enforcement of the trust responsibility and protection of tribal sovereignty.

While in law school, Mr. Bennett was a member of the American Inns of Court and the Vice President for Development of the Stanford Public Interest Law Foundation.

Mr. Bennett has been named a 2012 North Carolina "Rising Star" in the area of Business Litigation by North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine.
