Robert Buckley focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Mr. Buckley has experience in the practice areas of patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, officer and director liability, claims for damages, and contract disputes, among others. His experience includes working with the discovery process, the drafting and filing of motions, and preparing for trial. He has worked on several matters that went to multi-week trials and resulted in favorable outcomes for the client.
In law school, Mr. Buckley received the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Analytical Methods and the Morton Aronson Franchise Law Award, which recognizes outstanding achievement in studies of franchise law. He was a Dean’s List recipient while attending law school and Boston University. During law school, Mr. Buckley served as President of the Intellectual Property Society and was the Graduate Senate Representative for the Student Bar Association.
