Lindsay Tingley focuses her practice on corporate, securities, and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting compliance, and corporate governance.

While in law school, Ms. Tingley received the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers Book Award for "Most Outstanding Advocate" in Trial Practice and was also a Public Interest Law Organization Grant Recipient.
