Noelle Wooten focuses her practice on toxic tort litigation, real estate and regulatory compliance. Ms. Wooten has appeared and argued before state courts and administrative agencies and negotiated one of the first prospective purchaser agreements under EPA Brownfields Initiative. Ms. Wooten has also lectured on Superfund, RCRA, asbestos, lead and other environmental topics.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Wooten worked for the United States Environmental Protection Agency as an Environmental Protection Specialist in the Office of Solid Waste, where she wrote portions of the 1990 Toxicity Characteristic Rule and served as Co-Chairperson for the FIFRA/RCRA Policy Issues Committee. Ms. Noelle was recognized as the American Institute of Chemists' Outstanding Senior. She is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell.*
