Taylor Higgins Ludlam focuses her practice on complex business and patent litigation matters.

Ms. Ludlam has represented various Fortune 500 companies in patent infringement suits, contract disputes, trademark infringement suits, complex business litigation matters and class action lawsuits. Ms. Ludlam has extensive experience with complex patent litigation actions involving multi-district litigation and practice before the Judicial Panel on multi-district litigation. She has assisted in the successful litigation of patents involving cable and telephony communications, as well as wireless communications. Ms. Ludlam also has extensive experience with patent and complex business litigation cases involving complex e-discovery issues.
